2. Platform Description

RakshaBase is a supply discovery and procurement intelligence platform built for the aerospace and defence sector. We connect verified suppliers with defence OEM procurement teams.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account must represent a real individual within a legitimate organization. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

4. Supplier Obligations

• All certifications and documents uploaded must be authentic and current
• Company information must be accurate and regularly updated
• Responses to RFQs must be made in good faith

5. Buyer Obligations

• RFQs must represent genuine procurement requirements
• Supplier information accessed through the platform must be used only for legitimate procurement purposes
• Confidential supplier data must not be shared outside your organization

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

RakshaBase facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers but is not a party to any transaction between them. We are not liable for the quality of products or services, delivery timelines, or any disputes between users.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
